General

• I was born in Faenza (Italy), the 22nd of July 1978.
• I live in Faenza.

Studies

• High School Degree at the "Liceo Classico E. Torricelli" of Faenza, in 1997.
• Laurea in Computer Science Engineering at the University of Bologna, in 2003.
• Ph.D. at DEIS in Computer Engineering with a thesis titled "Support Infrastructures for Multimedia Services with Guaranteed Continuity and QoS", in April 2007.
• I am currently working with Professors Antonio Corradi, Paolo Bellavista, and Rebecca Montanari.

Hobbies

• Music, I love listening and playing jazz music. I find playing the piano very relaxing ;).
• Trekking and hiking in the mountains (try the Alps, I love them).
• Tasting italian and foreign food and wines.
• Reading, especially novels and science fiction.
