Il thread si devo occupare di dialogare con il suo pari precedente al fine di monitorare che non ci siano problemi. Se ci sono problemi ed il precedente è caduto, deve risolvere la cosa, diventando lui stesso il master(se il suo precedente era il master) o andando a sostituire lo slave caduto.
